Stefacise classes are part exercise, part dance but all fun. The aim is to improve your stamina, strength, coordination, flexibility and balance by focusing on good posture. This starts with control of the core stabilising muscles of the spine and abdomen.
But most of all Stefacise is about having a laugh in a relaxed non-competitive friendly environment. If its not Fun its not fitness.
And remember you are never too young to start and never to old to start again.
