70 years reign for Queen Elizabeth II and four days of celebration around the country
Some time ago the Parish Council ran a competition for local children to design road signs to encourage slower driving through the village. If you haven’t already noticed them, they are now in situ!
Another opportunity to tour the Longdown Railway Station with local railway historian and enthusiast Mark Chambers on Sunday 31st July 2022.
The Community Heartbeat Trust will be demonstrating the use of defibrillators, explaining how the equipment works and its benefits to the community.
The Longdown Gardening Club are back with a busy summer schedule, culminating in our Village Flower and Garden Produce Show.

£1,302 was raised for the Pulmonary Fibrosis Trust in memory of John Addicott who sadly left us earlier this year.
